Although we do not offer refunds, we accept returns for store credit.
Items returned to TAURAE for store credit must be received within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items after the noted grace period.
Items eligible for store credit must be unworn with original tags attached to the garment. Please note that customers are responsible for payment of return postage.

We are happy to offer shipping services to the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed, not including weekends regardless of elected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Specific shipping time is based on your elected shipping method.
For shipping status, please contact USPS directly. Sadly, we cannot offer updates once the courier is in possession of your package.
***PLEASE NOTE: For the duration of the pandemic, TAURAE is NOT responsible for USPS delays. Additionally, NO refunds will be issued if TAURAE has transferred the package to the carrier. Please reference your tracking number for order updates and contact USPS immediately if any challenges arise.
We currently only offer shipping throughout the contiguous United States and Hawaii. However, we can't wait to service our international customers very soon!
